GUILLERMO ALCALÁ

A State Attorney on leave of absence (Abogado del Estado en excedencia; promoción 2011), I began my career at the Ministry of Justice, representing the State and public companies in judicial proceedings across all jurisdictions. This early experience gave me a solid grounding in litigation and a deep understanding of Spain’s legal framework. 

Originally from Marbella, I transitioned to the private sector and established my practice in my hometown, where I advise a primarily international client base. My work spans both judicial and extrajudicial matters, with a particular focus on real estate law. Supported by my academic background and professional experience, I am well positioned to handle complex cases with precision and adaptability. 

I provide legal counsel in English, German, and Spanish, ensuring smooth communication with clients from diverse backgrounds.

JOAQUÍN CRESPO
I am a lawyer with a degree in Law and Journalism from CEU San Pablo University (2015) and a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice (Access to the Bar) from the University of Murcia (2018).

I began my professional career in the Corporate Department of the British firm Clifford Chance, later returning to my hometown to work at PricewaterhouseCoopers and UHY FAY & CO.

Double degree in Business Administration and Law from Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF); Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession from Universidad Carlos III (UC3M); Master’s Degree in Tax Advisory and Specialization in International Taxation from Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE); Advanced Course in International Tax Planning from Colegio de Estudios Financieros (CEF) and Diploma in US Taxation from University of Florida.

I have developed my professional career at international law firms, including Pérez Llorca, Hogan Lovells, BDO and Chevez, Ruiz & Zamarripa. My practice focuses primarily on domestic and international tax matters, including High-Net-Worth individuals (HNWIs) and non-resident taxation, international tax planning for executives (impatriates and expatriates), real estate taxation, tax advice on audiovisual (i.e. films and advertisements) investments, corporate investment structuring and M&A, as well as tax dispute procedures (both administrative and judicial).

I provide legal counsel in Spanish and English. Member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).
